A small frightened man (New Zealand public) about to be shot from a slingshot wielded by nuclear power proponents onto the point of a large dart protruding from a nuclear power station. Refers to the strong-arm tactics of those supporting the introduction of nuclear power, and the relatively weak protests of those against the introduction.
