Arrangement of text. States that consequent to proclamations dated 1st and 2nd September, eligible men must enrol no later than 15th September, for the reserve. Employees must not employ reservists who are not enrolled, nor must they employ deserters. Onus of proof in every case is on the defendant. Men must call at their nearest post office for forms, information and assistance.
