Shows apple with wedge cut out of it and knife beside it, with arrangement of text and Dominion Mark logo at left.
Artist assumed to be Joseph Bruno Moran, on the basis of style; see similar work for the Dominion Mark Company in the Moran Collection. The Dominion Mark label was in use 1931-1935.
Inscriptions: Recto - bottom right - N.Z. Herald, Auck.
