An advertisement for a hair tonic, inserted by W Parker, chemist and optician, of 28 Manners Street Wellington. Shows an illustration of a woman brushing her hair, and gazing at herself in a mirror held by her maid. The tonic "will certainly increase the growth of hair, is an excellent dressing, not greasy, [and] the most cleanly of all hair preparations".
