Description: Shows a couple sitting at breakfast, while fish swim past their almost completely submerged window. The sun smiles in at the very top of the window. The husband is reading a newspaper headline announcing the amount of rain that has fallen on Wellington since 1 January. Original cartoon for that published in the Dominion on 12 September 1977. Other Titles - 729,500 tons of rain has fallen on Wellington since Jan 1. Inscriptions: Recto - bottom right - [Signature] Quantity: 1 original cartoon(s).
