View of Wellington Harbour looking down Boulcott Street. Houses can be seen on one side of Boulcott Street and down towards the harbour. The building which housed the Star Boating Club is on the foreshore on the right of the tall chimney. The building with the tower is the Marist Brother's School, built 1876. Photograph taken by the Tyree Brothers in the 1890s.
The inscription on this photograph says that the view is looking down Hill Street, which is in Thorndon, but it is actually Boulcott Street.
