Description

Shows a boy asking his father for some money before he heads off to a rugby match. He is holding an autograph book and pen in his hand. The next three scenes shows the boy in the court. He is being charged with a fine of $100 for running onto a football field before the end of a game to collect autographs. Refers to a recommendation by the New South Wales Government that children should be fined $100 for entering sports fields before the game has finished.
