Shows a women representing the Third World cleaning up after the Earth Summit as men in suits leave through the exit door. Refers to the Earth Summit 2002 which was held in Johannesburg, South Africa. Attendees were criticised as being hypocritical for providing expensive catered food and drink for dignitaries, while only a few miles away South Africans were starving.
