An order form in the shape of a postcard addressed to the Rawleigh dealer, H O Fort, 3 RD Timaru. The verso shows a list of available products which one could mark with a tick in each box, and post. Items included medicines, toilet articles, toilet soap, food flavourings, spices, food products, cleansers, and stock and poultry preparations (fly killer, colic ease, louse powder, stock and poultry food supplements).
