Caricature of Dover Samuels, Labour Member of Parliament for Te Tai Tokerau, who is shown standing behind the Beehive urinating. The Beehive has a toilet cistern attached to it. The cartoon refers to a recent incident when Dover Samuels urinated in a hotel corridor when the Duty Manager couldn't get Dover's electronic door-key to work.
