Cadastral, surveyed map of land bounded by Brandon Street (now Frankmore Cutting), Railway Terrace and the Johnsonville Railway Station Yard, Wellington, including part of Lots 33-4, 38-41, showing plan of land required for road purposes. The land is taken from Lots 33, 40 and 41, and part of a railway reserve, being the property of W H and A Bramley, the Johnsonville Town Board and Mrs C Halligan. Shows land schedule, including certificate of title numbers, acreage, and owner, as well as some pencil calculations.
Reference key indicates railway reserve, railway reserve taken, road reserve, private land and private land taken.
