This cartoon has four vignettes. Shows Muldoon congratulating himself on the Think Big strategy and his speech to the seminar. He arrives back to his office to find a report from the Planning Council's Economic Monitoring Group. He opens it up to find that it says 'think small get inflation down to 10 per cent'.
