Cadastral map of the area from Miramar Avenue to Kings and farm roads, icluding Miramar Wharf. Miramar Quay is named and Queen's Terrace. Includes a suggested wharf and depths in fathoms and a low water mark adjacent to Miramar Quay. The cutting is marked and includes measurements for lowering it. Numbered sections include some acreages and boundary measurements. Names include H. McLeod, S. Morrell, H. Lee, H. D. McFarlane, H. Johnston & W.E. Crump, O.N. Newman & I. S. Elliott, Crawford. A suggested road and an approach road are marked.
