Description

Scene at the Maori village of Ohinemutu, on the shores of Lake Rotorua, photographed by Harold Stevens Hislop on an early morning in March 1907. Looks along the river bank, past a Maori meeting house, towards St Faith's Anglican church. A young unidentified Maori girl is in the lake in the foreground.
