Shows house with flower garden, Red Ensign flying.
Accompanied by copy of article from NZ Gaphic 14 September 1907.
The watercolour appears to have been done in the year that the King family left this house. In November 1858, their personal effects were sold, prior to their departure from New Zealand in August 1859.
