Cadastral, part surveyed map, showing Section 212, Lots 32A and 33, Block 10, Reserve K, part of the Te Aro land reclamation, on Pringle Avenue (highlighted in yellow), bounded by Wakefield, Cuba and Manners street sections, in Te Aro, Wellington. Four Pringle Ave properties are highlighted in red, and two are marked sold. An ink annotation on the map reads: 'Copy of plan submitted to State Coal Dpt, 10/4/[19]26'.
