Survey map showing subdivisions of Pt. 3c, Akura Block, Block IV Tiffen, situated 3 km north of Masterton, Southern Wairarapa, between Waiopoua and Waingawa rivers. Shows the first subdivisions into 3c 1, 3c 2, 3c 4. 3c is shown bounded by 3b to the left and 3a, d and b to the left and 5 1 below. Akura no.2 is to the right.

The name Akura means 'entrance to a fortified pa'.

Shows two roads, Akura Road and Kibblewhite Road.

Part 3c specifies the location of the urupa (17) or cemetery on the roadside of Kibblewhite Road. Also specifies five subdivisions or lots of land on Pt 3c 4 (1100 each) belonging to members of the Karaitiana family: Waha o te Rangi Karaitiana, Ote ne Kuku Karaitiana, Arawhita Karaitiana and Te Ouai Karaitiana.

Shows some measurement 'by old surveyors'.
