Cadastral map of four numbered sections with acreages and measurements, of the property of F. Bland, near Te Ore Ore Road, Masterton. Sections 1 and 3 include sites of houses, each marked as having 4 rooms. A right of way runs through sections 1 and 4. Pencilled additions, probably added at a later date, include a note stating 'Rawson surveyed', the position of Letts subdivision and the site of the residence of Mr. Cameron.
