A used Japanese sewage truck towing a trailer of used Japanese toilet tissue, is being inspected by an official. He is emerging from a hole on the top of the truck and trying to catch a mosquito with a butterfly net. Meanwhile another official is berating a man from 'Bill's bathroom bargains' for his disgusting imports.
