Drawn on a survey template, the map shows subdivision of sections in Beauchamp, Motuera, Tui, Makererua and Heke streets, in the Borough of Onslow, Ngaio, Wellington, surveyed for Dr Chapple. Shows surveyed roads and surveyed, numbered sections with acreage. Includes handwritten note regarding Onslow Borough Council, and note from Dr Chapple's attorney.
