The Mangapapa River is shown, along with the Mangakarengorengo, Ngaumuwahine and Manga Hurengorengo Streams. Most of the land blocks indicate their acreage.

In the Whaitikuranui no. 6b block, diagram and text which reads 'Thames Valley Co. Station Homestead'.

The road or track from Cambridge (Okoroire) to Tauranga is shown to be 31 miles.
