Cadastral map of numerous numbered sections, Lots 2 and 4, with acreages and measurements, of the estate of C. A. Pownall, between South Road, Donald Street and High Street, Masterton. Some sections are marked as sold and include prices in pounds sterling. Sites of houses are marked, some residences include owners' names of Gordon, Pownall, Devonport, Duncan. The site of Wyatt's Store is marked at the junction of Kurupuni Lane and South Road. Includes Vivian Street and directions are given for Carterton and Masterton.

The second map is a locality plan of the area from King Street to Vivian Street. The post office, school and fishponds are marked.

Map has been trimmed on right hand edge cutting off part of the date underneath the signature of Alfred P. Rawson.

Circa 2023 “Donald Street” is known as Harley Street. “Kurupuni” is known as Kuripuni.
