Shows a stylised illustration of everyday life on a busy segment of the lower North Island of New Zealand, viewed from above. The view includes Wellington Harbour, Mount Ngauruhoe and the Central Plateau, Lake Taupo and Rotorua.
People are shown fishing, hunting, swimming, sunbathing, mountaineering, viewing Whakarewarewa and the geysers, skiing on Mount Ruapehu, and travelling the roads, railways and airways. There is a flock of sheep at the top right.
Artist comment to Hamish Thompson in 2005, indicates that the poster was designed to "brighten up the London Underground".
