Description

Standing portrait of Mr Forsyth, Imperial Army, 18th Regiment,in uniform, photographed circa 1860s by William James Harding of Wanganui. Shows him standing in front of a balustrade and a studio backdrop depicting a room with a bookshelf and a window. He holds a cane.

No Forsyth's listed in Hart's Army Lists of Jul-Oct 1864; Jan-Apr 1866; Jan-Ap 1869
