Shows a policeman reading to a man who represents'Kiwi Joe taxpayer' all the items that the taxpayer will be required to pay for during the Springbok tour. 'Kiwi Joe' in turn is pointing to the N.Z.R.F.U. who hold bags of money made out of the rugby matches and are oblivious to the protests against the tour.
