Description

This is the Assessor's book of the Native Land Court sitting held at Otaki in 1892; it deals with the subdivision of blocks, the removal of restrictions, successions and the appointment of guardians for minors; there are extensive verbatim notes in Maori about the subdivision of the Ngakaroro 3C, Pahianui A and Takapu blocks; there are also lists of members of various hapu of Ngati Raukawa
