A leaflet which appears to be asking for contributions to the war effort in Britain. Shows a photograph of the Royal Family with their corgis in the country, after having been "bombed out of home three times".
'Watchdog' was an anonymous person or persons who distributed a leaflet to Members of Parliament which satiricised donations to the war effort in Britain during World War Two in 1941 (see "VARIOUS QUESTIONS MINISTERS’ ANSWERS".
