Cashbook accounts (debits and credits) for various Wairarapa Maori (possibly for H.T. Mahupuku & MA, General Dealers); Te Whaiti family whakapapa; also contains whakapapa for Ngati Rakairangi and detailed information about a land block in the Hinana area (boundaries, mahinga kai and wahi tapu); also contains information about fundraising activities at Papawai Pa (raffles etc); drafts of correspondence about Maori land blocks from the late 1880s; also contains loose correspondence about fundraising for Papawai Pa, and the rental of a property at Greytown by Major H P Tunuiarangi
