Prime Minister of New Zealand, Richard John Seddon, and Togia, King of Niue, during Seddon's tour of the South Pacific islands in 1900. Shows them in Niue, seated outdoors, with attendants. A British Union Flag (Union Jack), upon which a likeness of Queen Victoria has been drawn, is draped over their knees. Photograph taken by Frederick W Sears.
