The official doesn't believe him and responds with a fantasy allegation about Luke Skywalker, a character from the movie Star Wars. Refers to Dominican stowaways who jumped from a ship called the Starchaser into the Mystic River in Boston and to the 2003 movie called 'Mystic River'.
Extended Title - Stowaways have jumped from the Starchaser into the Mystic River!!! That's nothing. Luke Skywalker is harvesting oofle dust down in dingly dell.
