Ebbett House is a Maori meeting house that was reputed to have been obtained by an officer of the Imperial Army, from its original site possibly in the Upper Waikato area. After his death it was stored in Auckland from where it was bought by George Ebbett in 1917, and resited at Ebbett Park in Hastings.
