Two pages of text, the left side assuring readers that the cows from which milk is supplied, have been tested by a Government Veterinary Surgeon, and found free of disease. The right side reports on comments (from the Evening post of 23 September 1905) of Dr Valintine, District Health Officer for Wellington, about filthy conditions and lack of sanitation in dairy sheds. It assures readers that the premises are open for public inspection any day or hour except Sunday.
