Shows Hugh Watt tied to his chair called 'Hugh's London Post' as High Commissioner for New zealand. He is being commended on his work but told that he's not one of Rob Muldoons group and therefore will have to vacate his position. The man telling Watt to move on is Brian Talboys, Minister of Foreign Affairs under Muldoon's 1975-81 Governments.
