Description: Shows Minister of Police Ann Hercus colliding with Police Association secretary Ron Moodie. Each holds a truncheon and is pointing in the direction they are running as they collide, providing a comic effect. Moodie is wearing a kaftan; he began doing so publicly in 1981, as a statement about the macho culture of the New Zealand Police at the time.
