The first and second scenes show a photographer taking photos of Princess Diana, who is out of the picture. The third scene shows the photographer attaching a tube to the camera. In the last scene he is taking a photograph with the tube extended out of the picture, indicating that it is inside her stomach. Refers to rumours of Princess Diana suffering from bulimia. May also refer to the incident when Diana was photographed in a gymnasium, without her consent.
