Photograph of a soldier standing beside his horse. Behind him ANZAC Mounted Division troups can be seen moving onto a bridge. Probably photographed by Lieutenant-Colonel Charles Guy Powels in 1916 or 1917.
The original envelope from which this negative came was labeled " "Sinai." This could mean that the photograph was taken any time between January 1916 and January 1917.
