- Description
Wool bales on a horse-drawn wagon outside the Lunesdale woolshed on the Bibby family farm near Ongaonga, Central Hawke's Bay District. The wool bales are stamped "Lunesdale NZ Hoggets". There are men and women standing nearby. most of whom are Māori. One man is on top of the wool bales. Another man is seated on a horse. A horse and carriage with driver is also visible. Photograph taken circa 1890s by an unidentified photographer.
