Includes the boundary fences of John Johnson's property which is divided into numbered land blocks with total acreages and acreages of scrub, some of which are referred to in a key as 'green' or 'manuka'. Other land block owners are listed as Nelson and Russell. A site of a hut in Russell's property is marked.
