Contains several lists of hapu and rangatira from Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Wanganui, Rangitikei and Horowhenua, including a list of casualties and survivors from fighting at Taranaki. There is also a waiata by Wereta Te Kawekairangi, notes on boundaries of lands in southern Hawke's Bay, and a draft of a printed letter about the Franco-Prussian war
Also contains a draft sale deed for the island Pakihi ki Waiheke (Waiheke Island?)
