Description

Shows three immigrants attempting to enter 'God's own country' (New Zealand, watched suspiciously by a British immigrant and a New Zealand man. The left-had would-be immigrant is labelled 'Bolshie' (Bolshevik or Communist), the central man is labelled 'Hindoo' (Hindu or Indian) and carries a tag marked 'Dope'; the right-hand man is labelled 'Mongolian' and is wearing Chinese clothing. The trunk floating in front of the three men is labelled USA, Australia, N.Z. with the top two names crossed out, suggesting that the owner, 'Ivan Bolshivinski' has tried a number of countries.
