Description

Cadastral map with some topographical and surveying information shows subdivision of land under the Land Transfer Act. Includes numbered sections with acreages, some of which are heavily outlined, adjacent to Lowry Bay and are part of Block XVI, Belmont Survey District. Various deposited plans are referred to. The Esplanade, Dillon and Cheviot Streets are marked as is a proposed road. An area of Native Reserve is marked along Lowry Bay beach. A scenic reserve is marked. Names include H. D. Bell and A. Pearce. A note refers to Field Book 3403, page 68 and includes the name of G. P. Rayward
