Description: Panoramic view of Milford Sound with survey ship H. M. S. Acheron on the far right and a group of Maori on the foreshore. Has previously been attributed to W. J. W. At the time this image was reproduced a definite attribution to Evans had not been made and the picture was published as by an unknown artist.
