A school master in cap and gown addresses a class full of boys, who are all frowning. Two in the front appear to be unshaven, i.e. old for schoolboys. A picture of Mt Egmont is hanging on the wall at rear. Prince Charles was sent for some of his secondary education to Timbertops, a school for boys in Australia.
