Description

Postcards show photographic scenes of Auckland, flanked by coloured illustrations of the New Zealand and American flags. Some cards show symbolic figures of America and Zealandia meeting.

This series of cards was issued to celebrate to arrival of the American "Great White" Fleet in Auckland in August 1908. There may have been more cards in the set.
