Two boat loads of people rowing in Arkles Bay in front of Arkle's Bay House. Kia Ora House can be seen in the distance on the far right. A flagpole is on the right of Arkle's Bay House. Taken by William A Price in early 1900s (possibly from the jetty at the north end of the bay).
