A large padded chair with the New Zealand coat of arms on its back, sitting in a room, with pots and pans on the floor to catch leaks, a large umbrella over its top. A label on one arm reads 'Not to be sat on till after lunch on Tuesday'. The debating chamber can be seen through a door to the right, with Members of Parliament sheltering under umbrellas. Refers to a serious problem with a badly leaking roof in Parliament.
