Four vignettes of the New Zealand Prime Minister, Robert Muldoon, confronting a bear representing Soviet Russia. Muldoon calls the bear in turn 'Hegemonist aggressor!', 'Revisionist! Imperialist!', 'Expansionist!' and finally 'Customer?' as he holds out a '$25 million meat re-order'. The bear does not react.
