Description: Map of the town of Waimeha, now part of Waikanae Beach, is bordered by the sea, Waimeha Road and Rauparaha Street. Sections are numbered. Includes Te Moana Road and Tutere, Ngapaki and Huiawa Streets, the latter being adjacent to the Waimeha Stream. Recreational reserves, raupo and flax swamps are marked. A note states that one section has been purchased by the local body for a future road. Handwritten notes adjacent to the map describe the terrrian and vegetation, a total of acreages of recreation, esplanade and road reserves, roads and allotments, also details of building line restrictions A stamp on bottom left is a receipt of when the plan was submitted to the Local Authority A pencilled note on the numbered recreational reserve includes the acreage Quantity: 1 map(s).
