Tramline works, Barnard Street, Wadestown, Wellington, prior to the total closure of the line. Shows them constructing a temporary terminus. Photographer unidentified.

The portion of the Wadestown line that ran on private right of way, from Barnard Street to the terminus, was closed first to allow the construction of the replacement road (Lennel Road).
