Part 1 of a 3 part panorama of Wellington city, taken from above the Terrace School, circa 1877. This part overlooks the Thorndon, and central areas, with St Mary's Cathedral on Hill Street on the far left. Also visible are Parliament buildings, Government House and Government buildings. Far right is St George's Hall. Photographer unidentified.
